LiveGood was already scaling fast — $100M in revenue, millions of impressions monthly, and explosive affiliate growth. But their product funnels weren’t keeping up. Landing pages were cluttered, conversion paths were unclear, and mobile UX lagged behind best practices.

What we changed
We re-engineered the funnel around three core product pages with layered upsell logic and modern psychological design.
• Rewrote the hero section to tap into performance-enhancing benefits, not just ingredients • Introduced visual proof with product use videos, AI-enhanced product shots, and real customer highlights • Added bundle logic (Buy 3, Get 1 Free) into the flow to increase AOV • Optimized for mobile thumb-scrolling patterns — with early CTA hooks and shorter sections • Built a sticky add-to-cart system + 1-click upsell backend
The outcome
Across both funnels: ✅ Up to 13.4% conversion on warm/affiliate traffic, and doubled CR on cold ✅ 28%+ lift in add-to-cart rates vs. previous layout ✅ New visual standard adopted across other product lines
