The Problem

Hitched Marketing is the powerhouse behind getting wedding venues fully booked across the U.S. But after 5 years of consistent growth, performance plateaued. They came to us looking for one thing: a spark to scale again.

They weren’t lacking traffic. They weren’t lacking reputation. What they lacked was funnel performance.

The Goal

✅ Rebuild and modernize Hitched’s funnel structure
✅ Increase opt-in and lead-to-booking conversion rate
✅ Reposition the offer to cold and warm audiences

What we delivered

We rebuilt two funnels for Hitched that tackled their growth stagnation from different angles:
Funnel 1: Venue Scaling System
Traffic: 13,246 page views (11,582 unique)
Opt-In Rate: 7.44%
Goal: Re-target cold leads and reposition the value of Hitched’s offer to venue owners who hadn’t converted previously.
Key Changes:
• Restructured the funnel using psychological sequencing (Problem → Relatable Struggle → Tangible Transformation).

• Added visual proof points (e.g. full venue calendars, reviews, and before/after results).

• Introduced urgency via “venue cap” logic – only a certain number of venues per area accepted.
📉 Before: Under 3% opt-in.
📈 After: 7.44% – more than double conversion rate.
🔥 Result: Turned cold leads into warm conversations — more than 860 qualified leads.
Funnel 2: Venue Scaling System – Premium Offer (More Than WW)
Traffic: 14,522 page views
Opt-In Rate: 8.57%
Audience: Warm leads + re-targeted previous interest
Approach:
• Clear visual hierarchy to drive 1 action: Book a strategy call
• Embedded social proof from fully booked venues
• “You’re leaving bookings on the table” messaging
🔥 Result: More than 1,100+ opt-ins, and a reliable pipeline that the sales team can depend on.
