1. Terms and Conditions

Provider: BuildBetterFunnels (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the names BuildBetterFunnels, Buildbetterfunnels, or Build Better Funnels.

By purchasing or using our email hosting services (“Services”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

1.1. Agreement to Terms & Updates

1.2. Binding Agreement: By purchasing, using, or continuing to use our email hosting Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

1.3. Right to Modify: We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice before they take effect.

1.4. User Acknowledgment: It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Email Hosting Services

2.1. Service Scope: BuildBetterFunnels provides professional email hosting services for business use, either through our own infrastructure or third-party tools.

2.2. Pricing & Billing: The cost of email hosting is €5 per month per email address, subject to change at our discretion. Any pricing changes will follow the guidelines outlined in Section 3.

2.3. Service Limitations: Email hosting does not include additional email marketing services, automation, or advanced security beyond the standard features provided.

3. Pricing & Fee Adjustments

3.1. Right to Modify Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary to accommodate business costs, industry standards, or service improvements.

3.2. Notice of Fee Changes: Users will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect.

3.3. Payment Terms: Email hosting fees are billed monthly. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the service.

4. Termination & Service Retention

4.1. User-Initiated Termination: You may cancel your email hosting at any time, with services ceasing at the end of your current billing cycle.

4.2. Non-Payment: If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate email hosting without prior notice.

4.3. No Refunds: Termination does not entitle the User to refunds, credits, or compensation for unused service periods.

5. Legal Waivers & Dispute Resolution

5.1. Limitation of Liability: BuildBetterFunnels is not liable for any damages arising from:
- Service interruptions.
- Data loss due to termination, non-payment, or security incidents.
- Third-party actions affecting email services.

5.2. Governing Law & Arbitration: All disputes related to email hosting will be resolved exclusively under Danish law through binding arbitration in Copenhagen, Denmark.

6. General Provisions

6.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms replace all prior agreements (verbal or written). Amendments require written approval from BuildBetterFunnels.

6.2. Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid.

6.3. Updates to Terms: We may change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

7. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Services.
